Killeen Police Searching For 2 Thieves

Central Texas law enforcement is on the lookout for two fugitives for theft.

According to a report from our news partners at KWTX, officials are searching for two people that have stolen checks, debit cards, and other financial information.

The two suspects have been identified as Glenda Guidry, 48, and Joseph Barnett, 50, both residents of Killeen.

“Joseph Barnett, 50, also from Killeen, is a known associate of Guidry and cashed one of the stolen checks,” police said in a press release Friday.

Guidry is wanted for forgery and fraudulent use of identifying information. Barnett is also wanted for the same charges.
Of course it's impossible to stop thieves completely, but you can deter them. Before you throw out any mail with personal information, be sure to shred it!
