The Tenth Anniversary Bloomin’ Festival, presented by Townsquare Media and HEB, on May 15 and 16, 2015 in Downtown Temple presents a carnival, petting zoo, arts and craft vendors, food stands, all the beer that’s fit to drink, and two nights of the best Country and Tejano music performances this town has ever seen.
