Radiothon

For more than 18 hours now US 105 has hosted the McLane Children's Hospital at Scott & White Radiothon, raising money for sick & injured children right here in Central Texas.  Beyond the on-air aspects, there are many people working to make this event a success.

It is not ever an easy thing to broadcast live from a children's hospital for 12 hours two days in a row.  Peter Christian entertained the masses with some bubble blowing and 'special' signing... Enjoy!

Not only was today the first day of the Children's Miracle Network Radiothon at McLane Children's Hospital, but it also was the day that they took delivery of their brand new helicopter that is specifically made to aid in the transportation of children...

Join US105 as the McLane Children's Hospital takes over the airwaves for the Country Cares for Kids Radiothon to raise funds for the hospital.

US 105 is hosting The Children’s Miracle Network Radiothon September 19 and 20.  The money you donate will help patients at McLane Children’s Hospital Scott & White.  Some of these kids have suffered a traumatic injury, others are battling life threatening illnesses, others were just born to early.  ...

Morning show folks are a different breed.  And one of those differences is our internal clocks. But sometimes you've just gotta act like a kid.
