Traffic Slow From Central Avenue in Belton to Midway Drive in Temple
Traffic along southbound I-35 from Central Avenue in Belton to Midway Drive in Temple was beginning to move at a slow pace Friday after a traffic collision.
TxDOT issued an alert shortly before Noon Friday. Traffic was backed up as far as Exit 297, and though the delay was minor at the time, TxDOT's Jodi Wheatley expected it to be exacerbated by lunchtime traffic.
As of the time of this article's publication, Wheatley could not say when the collision scene would be cleared.
