Man Attempts to Capture an Alligator Along the Bayou in Houston

Remember people. The Crocodile Hunter is dead. Sure he didn't die by croc, but he was messing around with nature when it happened, and he was a professional.

A whole bunch of people were lucky enough to see how a ranked amateur captures nature. And when I say "nature" I mean an alligator. And sure, once a turtle surfed on an Alligator in Texas, but that's the exception to the rule.

It happened in Houston, and really, it's just kind of sad. In a video that was sent to KTRK's Eyewitness News, you'll see the alligator squirm away and return to the water.

Good news, it seems that the Gator Bator could face a citation. At least that's what officials from the Texas Parks and Wildlife say anyway. Would that be the "Dumba-- Citation"?

Wouldn't it be great if there was such a thing.
