Over 2 Million Images of Child Porn Found on Temple Man’s Computer

He was arrested last year after being accused of secretly recording three minors and an adult during Winter Storm Uri.

Now KWTX is reporting that a Bell County grand jury has indicted Justin Fuller of Temple on three counts of invasive visual recording and possession of child pornography.

Temple Police arrested Fuller in December 2021, after months of an investigation that started when two women told authorities he had admitted to secretly recording one of them at a family dinner.

According to the affidavit, Fuller allegedly told one victim that he “was curious about her body and had placed recording devices in the bathroom to see her body.” He also admitted that he had recorded the woman, her daughters, and her mother when the family were staying together in a house during the winter storm in 2021.

Fuller’s wife told investigators he placed a camera in the main bathroom of their home. She took their computer and other materials to an IT specialist at Texas A&M University-Central Texas.

The specialist allegedly discovered more than 2 million images of child pornography.

Thousands of videos were also found of adult victims as well as minors who were filmed without consent at various locations, including the Fuller's home. The videos dated from February to July 2021.

What is Invasive Visual Recording?

Invasive visual recording is defined as photographing, recording or broadcasting a person's intimate areas in a space that has the reasonable expectation of privacy, such as a bathroom or a changing room, without permission.

Possession of child pornography is a third-degree felony, and invasive visual recording is a state jail felony.
