Earlier this week Howard Lee Bailey, 47, of Huntsville was arrested and held in the Bell County Jail for his alleged role in the murder of 42 year old Cody Kinslow at the edge of city limits for Temple, Texas. Since Bailey's arrest, another suspect has now been charged, and is also being held at the Bell County Jail.

The second suspect being held on $1 Million bond is 40 year old Sandy Gayle Carrese. It is unknown whether or not she was the woman who was found wounded near Kinslow's body on September 21st.

The 3rd suspect in the murder is Ryan Adam Madden, and he is described as being 5 feet 9 inches tall, about 180 pounds, and last seen driving a white GMD dully pickup. The vehicle has Texas plates: SHN9954 with damage to the right side tire skirt, a metal front bumper, a generator and green dirt bike in the bed, and construction lights on the roof.

Authorities believe Madden is likely to be in the Travis, Williamson, or Burnet counties. He is considered to be armed and very dangerous, so any direct contact should be avoided at all costs.
