Popping the question to that special someone is always a scary thought isn't it? For the prospective individual, the stress of the answer alone could keep anyone up at night. But there's other things of course that have to go into the moment itself.

The ring, the weather, the time of day, someone to capture the moment, should family be there or not...but the one thing we'll be talking about today is: the location. Yes, where you propose is almost just as important as the ring.

But much like the other things mentioned, a lot of thought has to be put into the place where, hopefully, the significant other will say yes with no hesitation. Maybe it's the place where they first met, or where the first date happened. Sometimes there's just a place around the area that fits the moment.

A while back, I asked the good people of Temple if they could picture a good restaurant to fill the lot on North General Bruce Drive where the soon to be torn down Long John Silver's stood.

This was before it was announced that a Dutch Bros. Coffee location would open there (which was one of the places I predicted as a contender in our article).

So now Dutch Bros. is open in that spot, but the responses to my survey were interesting because they paint a picture of just how diverse Temple's population is. People recommended some familiar restaurants with locations in the surrounding area, but also a few I'd never even heard of.
